LSAC Discrimination Lawsuit Intake

Submit Your IntakeSanctions Law Center is investigating claims against the Law School Admission Council (“LSAC”) arising from its September 2026 denial of services to Iranian nationals following the suspension of an OFAC authorization.
We believe LSAC adopted an unnecessarily broad sanctions policy that denied or restricted services based on Iranian nationality even where U.S. sanctions did not require it. SLC is preparing litigation and is seeking to speak with people who received LSAC’s denial-of-service notice or suffered concrete harm as a result.
If you were affected, please complete the short intake below. In particular, we would like to hear from anyone who missed or had their LSAT delayed, experienced a disruption to a law-school application, or was denied another time-sensitive LSAC service.
